- 06-04 to 31-05: € 980/week
- 01-06 to 30-06: € 1120/week
- 01-07 to 31-08: € 1260/week
- 01-09 to 15-09: € 1120/week
- 15-09 to 15-10: € 980/week

Vacation Rental basis is per property in euros, up to 4 persons(adults and clildren)
- Additional one time cleaning fee is 60 euros.
- Additional lodging tax 8 euros per day.
- Prices include linen,towels,basic soap,water,electricity etc.
- Check in time 15:00-check out time 10:00.
- 30% deposit is required on booking and final balance 8 weeks prior arrival.
