"Very nice rustic house, with a beautiful garden with many mediteranean plants and trees and wonderful surroundings such as a pine forest and virgin beach only a few minutes away walking. Host is very nice and provides detailed and useful information about things to do or particularities of the area. A great place to relax if you are looking for quiet moments and to rest."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the house of Dimitris and Marie. The house is cozy, the size was ideal for us (we were 3), but it can easily fit for a family of 4. And there is an air-conditioning.
The place itself is very green, quite, many trees in this area, there is a wild beach within 5 min of walk where we spent a lot of time.
Special thanks goes to the hospitality of Dimitris and Marie (they were really very friendly) and to a wonderful terrace which is in the shade all day long thanks to the cover so we had our breakfasts there."

"Идеальный дом для идеального отпуска. Дом стоит в потрясающем ухоженном саду, в окружении сосен, в 2-х минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Тишина! Дом увит зеленью, как на открытке. Внутри декорирован со вкусом. Продумано все до мельчайших деталей: полностью оборудованы кухня и ванная, отличное постельное бельё и полотенца. Идеальная чистота: нигде ни пылинки. Большие хорошие супермаркеты в 5-7 минутах езды на машине (в Никити). Самое главное достоинство - гостеприимство и открытость хозяев. Встретились как будто с хорошими друзьями!! В холодильнике нас ждали фрукты и прекрасное вино с соком в качестве приветствия."

"What a lovely place to stay and relax for a couple of weeks.
Dimitrios is a caring host. He showed us the way to the house from the nearby village and then welcomed us with a cold glass of wine.
The house is cosy and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The garden around the house is beautiful and we spent every night on the terrace after dinner at a local restaurant.
There are numerous things to do in the local area - beautiful beaches, markets, villages to explore, boat trips etc.
We have had a great time."

FRANÇAIS: Le meilleur accueil possible par des gens formidables. La maison est sublime, encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. L'emplacement est génial également. Nous étions 2 couples et avons passé de superbes vacances, aussi grâce à la liste de restaurants et plages reccomandés par Dimitrios. Nous allons y retourner forcément.

Ein sehr schönes Domizi!!!
Wir haben uns eine Woche lang super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Grundstück mit viel Platz bietet Erholung pur. Dimitris und seine Frau sind gaanz nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns super verstanden und gern den einen oder anderen Abend bei hausgemachter Musik miteinander verbracht.
Die Lage des Objektes ist ebenfalls klasse. Kurze Wege führen einen ans Meer oder auch zu den anderen Fingern von Halkidiki. Selbst ein Abstecher nach Thessanloniki wäre durchaus machbar, wobei man sich allerdings kaum von den traumhaften Buchten Sithonias entfernen möchte. Oktober ist eine super Reisezeit: es sind nur noch wenige Urlauber unterwegs, man hat die Bucht und das traumhafte Wasser für sich allein.
Eine absolute Empfehlung!
